- 200 g unsweetened soya milk or any milk of your choice
- 100 g plain Greek yoghurt or plant based yoghurt if vegan
- 20 g honey or maple syrup
- 1/2 tsp vanilla extract
- Pinch of sea salt
- 150 g + 2 tbsp fresh ripe mango
- 75 g mixed berries
- 30 gm granola
Instructions
- Whisk chia seeds, milk, yoghurt, honey, vanilla and a pinch of salt in a bowl. Let sit 10 minutes, whisk again to avoid clumps.
